A third floor unit with a leaky roof.

Washington State is known for natural beauty, mountains, the Puget Sound and rain. The most common call we receive after a rain storm is for a wet ceiling. In the most extreme cases the ceiling is not only wet, the ceiling is no longer up and has now found a new home on the ground. A ceiling that has come down due to heavy rains and a leaky roof is not only scary but difficult to impossible live with. The roof needs to be repaired and the home needs to be dried out.
