Water and Mold Damage in Bellingham, WA.

A broken pipe in an upstairs bathroom rained down water in the main floor living and kitchen area. At first glance the damage may not seem very bad, but a closer look exposes massive wet materials and the beginning stages of microbial growth. The breadth and depth of the issue was overwhelming at first, but our crew developed a plan of attack and got to work immediately after the asbestos tests came back negative. We parked the trailer in the driveway and systematically took down the kitchen cabinets, the sheet rock walls and all of the flooring on the main level. We dried the materials, sprayed for microbial growth and utilized HEPA air scrubbers  to leave the home clean and ready for the next stage. Before we left we even cleaned up the debris from the neighbors recycling bins that the wind had blown in the yard. We pride ourselves in going the extra mile for our clients.
